My love of games started in a small game shop in Bowling Green Ohio called R&B Games. We, the core group at R&B: played every card game that came out, every miniatures games that came out, and every board game that looked good. Me and my R&B friends would spend every moment of free time just playing games and every spare penny on those games. To me it was more than a hobby it was an education. When R&B closed I shed a tear but I knew that it had instilled in me a love of games that I had to nurture and take to another level. That other level was to make games.

The games that I completely love are games where I can make a plan and then execute that plan. I love games where if you make completely perfect moves you will win. To me the important part of a game is rewarding a person that makes perfect moves. The games that I currently love playing are: Warhammer, Agricola, Puerto Rico, Settlers of Catan, Desktop Tower Defense, and anything Nitrome.

This blog is going to be a place where I can catalog and discuss what I am doing that involves games. Anything I do from now until I stop blogging that involves games I am going to record here on the blog. I will put down my ideas and feelings about games and developing games. I plan to make this blog a place where I can share what I experience about games so others can learn and discover the games that I love.
